Personality: Shadou is a very quiet, philosophical, and reserved soul. He prefers solitude and star gazing, as although he likes people, he has not gotten used to being in contact with humans yet. He is extremely intelligent with a eiditic memory and studious beyond belief, constantly carrying around a book and getting lost in its pages or deep in thought. He takes great pride in his roll as a wizard saint, but is very modest and is a pacifist, preferring to talk conflicts out instead of resort to violence. There are hints at a darker side that noone knows about, as many people can see that he is deeply conflicted about something.

MAGIC AND ABILITIES

Name Magic: Constellation Magic, Dark Dragon Slayer, Black Arts, and Misc.

Magic:

Constellation Magic- Shadou's unique magic, the only one his well known for, and his favorite because of his love of the stars. Shadou has created a magic that gives him variety and power based on the stars and the constellations they form. For example Pegasus Constellation Spells are centered around speed and flight, where as the Constellation of the Phoenix spells are centered around fire. His strongest Constellations are those of the Zodiac, like Ares, Saggitarius, and so and so forth. Every constellation brings with it its own spells giving Shadou the ability to keep his opponent guessing, and with new stars being discovered everyday, his power is ever growing.

Dark Dragon Slayer Magic- Being born within Tartarus for the sole purpose of being the next Acnologia, Shadou was trained from birth in Dragon Slaying Magic, from the ancient texts and book of zeref regarding anything Acnologia, including even meeting the dragon the few times Tartarus tracked it down. He has control over darkness and decay/death, can consume darkness, and create it. Those hit by darkness he has created begin to rot and show aging, eventually becoming necrotic if the effects are not nullified quick enough, every attack he uses also brings about an unearthly scream when it is produced like the souls of hell of are leaking out. His senses are all enhanced beyond even normal Dragon Slayers, and he can access a dragon form similiar to the one Acnologia had in the past, as Dragon Force. However beyond the enhanced senses, you'll never see Shadou resorting to this magic but against the strongest and most evil opponents, as his ability to use this is kept a secret even from the Wizard Council and the Wizard Saints. He hates that he is able to use this magic, and hates being reminded at one point he was just an experiment.

Living Magic- Naturally having learned some from the Zerefs book itself, Shadou can use Living Magic, breathing life into inanimate objects to do fighting alongside or for him and creating demons to do his bidding with spells like Nemesis that Hades portrayed. His mastery of the magic pales in comparison to Zeref or even Hades for that matter however.  This magic is also never used unless Shadou is on deaths door, as he hates that he knows it.

Misc.- Because of his constant reading, Shadou has basic knowledge of many spells. He can use Amaterasu Seals and Defensive Seals if giving time to use incantation, and can reverse complicated runes much like Levi. He has used Titan magic before but only in the capacity of expanding one limb at a time, unable to transform his whole body at the moment. He knows small spells for Requiping clothes and the like and thought projection magic so that he can converse with others without leaving his secluded home.

BACKGROUND

History: Shadou was born or more so created within Tartarus from the womb of one of their failed converted members. He was placed in a tube much like Minerva was upon her joining and trained to perfection once he was born. He was brought up in a cult like manner, constantly being persuaded that evil was the way to go, and that he was the inheritor of Acnologia's bloodline and will. He killed a few dragons here and there and bathed in their blood much like his surrogate father would have, and when confronted with the Dragon King Acnologia in person, he tried to gain its approval. One of these trips though Shadou was thrown from the mountain top by Acnologia. He landed in a nearby village with amensia and was taught how to read and a different view on life from a kindly old man with a tree for a face it appeared. He became enamored with the old man's view on the world and its hope for the future. However the man was slain when Tartarus arrived to regain their experiment, and took Shadou away. In time Shadou's memories returned but now fused with the learning of the Old Man, he saw what he was being used for and decided it was not the right path. He escaped the brainwashing ways and broke out barely escaping alive. Tartarus thinking him dead, gave no search for him. 4 years ago now he ventured to a secluded temple where he now resides and became a member of the Wizard Saints, where the Magic Council could use his knowledge of the Dark Guilds and Dark Arts to better prepare themselves. He has being helping them ever since while acting as an Independent Mage, furthering his studies.
