Silence on the top

Milly had been sitting in the same position for nearly two hours without moving an inch on the top of the Council Building. Her hands were folded together in her lap around a small black crystal and her legs was cross one above the other. Around Milly floated several lacrima more then 50 of them and Milly used them all simultaneously she spoke with all of her spies around the world through the black crystal in her hands and although no one had said a word in the two hours had Milly received all what the spies knew and given them new order through telepathy from her small black crystal. The only sound that was beyond the wind was the sound from Abbygail Milly's pet yawning every now as she slept right next to Milly

"Do you mind if I sit Milly?" Spoke the words of Allen who came up beside Milly. Having been a wizard saint for a year now he knew of Milly and her skills. Not sure if he spoke to her or not he still wanted to try. He waited for some kind of answer from her a respectful thing to do by a man to a woman. Standing there with his arms cross and his very large sword on his hip, Allen had eyes close like always a sight most people thought was him being blind.

"Disappear" As soon as the words had left Milly's lips blew a wind around Milly and all the lacrima was gone as if they had never been there together with the small black crystal. Milly turned looking at Allen "Not at all Allen your company is always welcome" The half asleep Abbygail had jumped up ind Milly's lap and tried to sleep there although the small demon still kept an eye on Allen if he came too close to Milly

Allen bent down to sit next to Milly. While he notice what she was doing it was none of his business. Knowing better then anyone to mind his own business. "Thank you" He said softly. She didn't have to let him sit down but she did. With those close eyes of his Allen was able to see the sky. A normal sight as blue as the sea and yet so calm. "What brings you out here Milly?" Even though it was the building of the council, she was smart and this wasn't her normal thing. To sit out here without a reason.

"Space is the simple answer" Milly put her hand on Abbygail's back to calm her down "When controlling around 50 lacrima and using them all simultaneously is this the only place with enough space and peace to do so as long as I need it" Even though Allen's eyes was closed looked Milly at him as if they were open. She knew that although his eyes was closed he probably saw more than most "So that brings you here Allen as far as I know there is no meeting for the Saints before a long time"

So that's what she was doing. Skilled he thought, she was very skilled, something most people couldn't do even on their best day. It was Milly something that he thought to himself once again. "Fresh air,peace of mind and a chance to talk to you." Those being just some of the reasons why he was out here Allen skip most the things. "I to learn more about a history topic. Once I saw you there was no better chance to talk to you then now." 

"Oh that is rare to come this far just for a talk with me and then about history" To know exactly where to find Milly, Allen was really as skilled as Milly had heard but she had a hard time believing it was just for a chat about any ordinary history topic from what she knew about Allen he would not do anything without a good reason just like herself "Well it may be I can help you what is the you want to know about?"

"I was researching the history of the magic council, along with the magical creatures of this world something that caught my eye was Angels." Allen said turning his head to Milly. The reason he was looking into the Magic Council was to get an idea of who the members we're, how they we're picked and why the council was formed in the first place.

Milly was somewhat surprised that is was Angels Allen wanted to know about but only for a brief moment before she remembered that some of Allen's magic was related to Angels "Angels is one of the few creatures the council never could catch alive due to their strong protective and healing magic" Milly found her pipe and lit it blowing smoke away from Allen "We know that there is various types of Angels and that their power various from each one but they can all use protective and healing magic we even have encountered one that could use dark magic" Milly inhaled deeply blowing a lot of smoke out of her mouth "There is something special you want to know most of what I know is also in the books in the library"

"The relations between Angels and Demons and their mythology." Allen thought that Milly helping him was good very good. They didn't have a real relationship mostly because they never had a chance to talk. She was everything that he heard she was an more. "I know of demons and their dark use and their connection to Zeref and the evil in the world. However Angels are different their healing powers, their protective magic." Allen look over at Milly being as she knew so much he came to the right person.

Milly stroked Abbygail on the back while she blew some smoke out "In order to understand Angels we must begin with demons long before Zeref there were already demons my Abby here is one of those demons and along with all the other magical creatures were in balance between good and evil but then Zeref began making more and more demons and the balance between good and evil was ruined" Milly closed her eyes she could still remember the first time she saw an Angel those hundreds of years ago "Around that time was the first time an Angel was seen we still don't know if someone made them like Zeref made demons or if they just came in response to all the evil from the demons regardless the Angels was the exact opposite of the demons and they were just as powerful" Milly opened her eyes looking at Allen "If a Demon could injure an Angel could heal, for every evil a demon did, an Angel would do something good that is the general mythology of Angels and Demons any questions before we continue?" Knowledge about history was something Milly would never lose as she had lived that history

She was smart as he suspected. Listening to Milly made much sense to Allen and the books just had the same idea that he had. Though it wasn't new information just everything he knew still it was enough. Sitting there cross his fingers Allen began to think of what now. If he had anymore questions no.....no more questions but whatever she knew else that he didn't know would help him. Sitting there he turn to her just to see what else she knew. "Continue" He said while turning his head to her. Even though he wasn't looking as clear as day he could see this genius woman.

Milly looked down at Abbygail now that she had reviewed the most general part of the Angels and Demons she looked at Allen it was like the air surrounding Milly became slightly heavier and light disappeared a little as she began to remember things she she would rather forget "When Zeref disappeared nothing held the Demons back and under control and they almost wiped out all the Angels with pure numbers the reason why you do not see many Angels is that they are nearly extinct" Milly could still remember the way the Demons killing everything in their path to get to the Angels "Then something happened to the Angels who were alive they became incredible strong like all the dead Angels had given them their strength although we do not know for sure I think every time an angel dies its strength is split between those who are still alive making the Angels stronger the more that dies"

"Different." Allen thought to himself. He knew about all of the slayers and creatures but yet nothing was like Angels. That power was amazing, that power easily could save them and that power is something that kept him thinking.  Sitting there thinking you could easily see how his mind wonder. Even tough his eyes we're close Allen kept to himself for a moment thinking about everything, coming to this idea Allen couldn't stop thinking.

"Abby will you get them for me" Abbygail jumped up and ran down the side of the building to get what Milly asked for then Milly turned to Allen she could almost guess what he were thinking after all she had just told him "Allen think carefully before you wish for such a power and if you think that power will save the Angels from extinction then you are very wrong" Milly could only guess what he was thinking but she had thought like that a long time ago and Allen seemed like he thought similar like Milly had done once "It is impossible to only pass on your strength when we talk about something that affects an entire race the dead's pain, anger, resentment, sadness and everything else one feels when one's life is taken from you will also pass on. Allen can you imagine what that would do to anything living?"

"Seems we think alike. However I had other things on my mind beside that. I'm interested in harming the Angels or bringing them back." Allen said to Milly to let her know that everything was fine with him. The Guild Ace wasn't about to do anything of the sort. Being a thinking man in that way it wasn't in his nature. That she have been enough for her at least he thought it should have been enough for her.

"Hmmm good" Milly blow some more smoke out as Abbygail returned with two wooden boxes on her back that looked like there could be a short sword in each of them "Thanks Abby" Milly took the two wooden boxes and put them in front of Allen "Harming the Angels is rather simple kill them in the most painful way you can and that pain will the rest of them feel but bringing them back it will be much more complex but maybe these can help you" Milly opened the wooden boxes in both of them was a single feather as long as a short sword one of them shining with a clear white light however the other was covered in darkness and looked like it would disappear into the shadows at any moment "You've probably guessed what they are, feathers from wings of two Angels. The white one is from a powerful Angel whose protective power was unlike anything I've ever seen and the black one is from the Angel who could use dark magic they are yours if you want them"

Allen touch the feathers and they reacted to him. To his magic and it made him smile for a moment. "Keep them....it will give me a chance to come and see you once again." A simple few words from the man who never spoke. He turn his head out to the sky it was changing the sun was going down. Getting late he was very far from home and had a long ways to get back. Still he watched the sky he felt good for once a feeling he had long forgotten. Even though she had done most of the talking it was still a good time.

Milly closed the boxes whispering "Seal to all but me" Sealing the boxes with her magic until she needed them again "You are always welcome my door is always open if you should need me" Milly followed where Allen looked and saw how the sun was fading it was getting late and Allen probably had a long way back "Allen if you want you can use one of the Council's carriages to get home"

Allen thought about it. "Wouldn't you like to come with me? After all Aldous has a sorry that needs to be said." He already knew about Milly and Aldous talk. His brother when it came to the job he couldn't move on and yet he couldn't blame him. "You are no stranger to the dealings with our guild and the Council. The things we have helped disappear for the Council and the way we deal with things. Our memories can not be erased nor can our childhoods be brought back. I apologize for my brother."

"My day is far from over so I can't come with you this time" Milly blew the last smoke from her pipe before she put it away "And don't apologize for your brother he did nothing I had not expected of him and if someone had to apologize it would be us for the way we used your Guild"

Interesting woman she was. Allen got up and looked at Milly "Then with that I'll be on my way." Allen stood up and turn the other way. He had got a mountain of information and on top of that it was a good day. "The council did nothing our Guild Master didn't do to us." The words of Allen as he began to walk away from Milly.

Milly finally got up as Allen walked away "Well then I will probably need to prepare now" Milly took the boxes and touched her blue ring teleporting away
