| "Oh, I almost forgot, my name is Pein" He said holding out his hand to shake Liliana's. He did not take a seat yet, he was waiting for the train to leave the station so he could be sure that the man in white was gone. Pein was doing okay at keeping the peace of this place which impressed even himself, though if it had been the other way around Pein might not have had such an easy time trying to calm down Killious, his eyes don't work so well on men as they do women. | |

| Killious smiled abit a few mintues after he heard "All abored! last call before the train leaves!" Killious then got comfortable in his chair "Untill we meet again Lilianna...but next time i know it won't be peaceful." Killious said to himself alone in the cart Killious gave one more look back while the train departed.

| Pein winced when Liliana had shook his hand, it was nothing she had done but he wasn't prepared for it, when he took her hand who shared her pain, he felt how emptied she did inside because of the death of her daughter, he knew full well why she had it out for Killious. Pein put his arm out to catch Liliana incase she tried to go further as he did so he whispered a word suttlly underhis breath a seal appeared in his hand that he had held out. He placed it on Liliana's shoulder.'Nulify' was the word it was to relax Liliana it would nulify the pain she was feeling inside to try and help ease her a little more. "Trust me when I say, I know how you feel, but now is not the time or place to chase after him, your paths are destined to cross again" Pein spoked calmly. | |

| Liliana saw his seal and sense what he did to her shadows shot up around her "You do not know what you're talking about and don't you dare to use magic to make me calm again" Liliana was sure Pein worked for Killious and the council she did not take her eyes off him but now that she knew what he tried to do it would not be so easy to affect her but this was bad there were still too many people she could not do anything if he attacked her other than to try and protect as many as she could | |

| "You mistaken my actions, I only wished to help take some of your pain away" Pein had worried that this might have happened, he had warned himself not to do it, but he could not stand to see someone hurt so much. What could he do now, to plea that he had never seen that man was cliche and probably wouldn't work because of that fact...His eyes had even less effect because she was mad at him.
Pein simply sat took a seat, there was nothing he could really do, if she ran off, she ran off, Killious was already gone and if she turned to attack him he had no intentions of stopping her... "Liliana, the second we shoke hands, I felt what you were feeling, if there is anyone who understands you, it's me...I'll explain if you'll give me the chance" Pein said this time he kept his eyes off of her, he was going to give her the oppertunity to make this devision without influence. | |

| The shadows around Liliana gathered in her eyes so her eyes became completely black it would protect her against Pein's eyes she was not going to be affected by his eyes again "You have ten seconds to explain before I walk away" she would hear what he had to say but she was sure he would lie since she was sure he worked for Killious | |

| "Thank you" was what Pein said just before he started. "I am in possession of a rare and dangerous form of magic known as Pain magic, ironic for my name I know. It allows me with the slightest touch to feel the pain that others have. I can also connect people to my pain with a single touch, I can nulify pain, and amplify it..." Pein paused for a second his eyes darted around making sure no one else was listening in, to expose your magic to someone was dangeropus, or so his mother had taught him, to expose your strengths was to expose your weaknesses. "All I wanted to do was nulify the pain inside you for a while, not to calm you down but to help you take out 'Killious as you called him, the pain will slow you down, and could cloud your mind, you need to be free of emotion and clear headed when entering a battle." Pein folded his hands infront of him they rested neatly on his lap, it was a sign that he had finished...Now the only question was if she chose to believe him or just walk away... | |

| Liliana had not taken her eyes off him she thought a little over what he had said there was nothing about what he had said that make her think he lied "Maybe you can feel my pain but you have no idea what you're talking about without the pain I feel I'd have been dead a long time ago" she took around her necklace "Maybe you do know why I have this pain maybe you don't but I have lost my main reason to live and nothing can change that" Liliana look where the train had been "My mind is not cloud and if I enter a battle I need my emotions otherwise if I can not trust my emotions I have nothing left" she look back at him "But why do you want to help me take out Killious?" | |

| Pein let out a small sigh, she didn't fully hate him and that was good. "No pain like yours can be directed at one man without good reason, I might not know what that reason is, but I do know that if he did something to put you in so much pain, then he desrves to be brought to justice, even if that justice is death" Pein said, being a full believer in justice. "And I never said I could take away your pain, only nulify it for a while" Pein added quickly feeling she might have missed a part of his explanation. | |

| Liliana shook her head "Pein you are a fool if you think that enough pain can justify killing without knowing the reason for the pain" she sat down next to him "And if you nulify my pain even only for a while it means I had forgotten the reason for my pain and I will never forget that" Liliana relaxed a little more he did not seemed evil he just tried to help in the wrong way in her eyes | |

| Pein nodded she was right about him nulifying her pain... "Well then, would you care to enlighten me?" Pein didn't agree with her thinking he was a fool, he didn't need to know the reason, but he felt now knowing the reason might help him understand her better. And she would be more willing to accept his help. Though she managed to go this long with so much pain it made Pein think she already had a strong will, he feared what would become of her if her will was broken... | |

| Pein shoke his head no, he didn't want to pry to begin with but if she insisted he was insane for thinking vengeance could be based of pain alone he needed to not seem insane. "I am sorry for your loss, and I know how much it hurts, but I have some really important question to ask you...." Pein looked at the tear rolling down her cheek. He knew she probably might not want to hear this part, but he had to make sure her decision was final. "What will you do with yourself, if you succeed in killing this man? Do you expect it to make you feel better? Or are you just going to finish yourself off once you have done so? is that anyway to live? Pein believed in justice not vengeance, if justice intailed vengeance that was one thing but to seek only vengeance and then death was no way to live. | |

| Liliana closed the locket she smiled a little of his question "I am going up against the greatest authority in the world to kill all involved in my daughters murder and some of them is in the council itself I don't expect to survive" she look at him and smiled warm to him she had thought much about what would happened if she survived but no matter how she thought about it she would probably be killed "But to answer your question I don't expect to feel better but I can not let those who killed my daughter live and if I by a miracle survives I don't know what I would do" | |

| "Alright, I guess I have no choice" Pein said looking out to where the train had gone, the trail of smoke was still slightly visible in the distance. "I am going to do what I can to help you take down the men responible for your daughters death" The look in his eyes showed he was serious about helping Liliana, even if it was going to cost him his life. But Pein knew that he wouldn't die. | |

| Liliana sighed a little there were so many who would help her but she was afraid they would all get hurt because of her "Pein I can not accept your help it is not your fight and I could not live with myself if something happened to you because of me but thanks that you wanted to help me" it was not because she did not need help she just did not wanted to see more get hurt because of her | |

| Pein smiled, "It wasn't exactly an offer" He chuckled rising from his seat, "I guess the final thing I forgot to mention about my magic, I can't be killed no matter what you do to me" Pein said with a warm smile looking for someplace to get a drink and possibly even some food. | |

| Liliana smiled at him she could not say how many times she had heard that they could not be killed "Even if you can't be killed there are things worse than death but still I will not accept your help" | |

| Pein bent over looking down into Liliana's eyes, his own eyes seemed to have changed they didn't have a warm soothing effect anymore, they had become cold and full of fear. "There are things worse than death this is true, but..." He's eyes returned to their warm state and his face became less serious along with his voice. He stood up straight again. "There's nothing scarier than me" Pein chuckled, mainly joking, but he was serious about knowing there was stuff worse than death, he had seen it all many times. | |

| "I am sure you do with your magic and that look you have tells that you have seen it or felt it" Liliana smiled to him he was probably very strong but no matter what he said he would get hurt if he helped her and she could not allow that "Pein my war is not your war there is no reason you should get involved" | |

| Pein shrugged, he wasn't getting through to her. "A war means there is a chance of either side winning, this is not a war, just your massacare." Pein said, looking to the clock behind Lilana, the train Killious had gone off on was the one Pein had ment to get on, the next train was to pull in in about 5 minutes. "I am not going to fight with you over helping you, just be warned, if your in trouble and I'm around, I will interven" Pein finished giving her a warm smile he turned away from her, he didn't care for her answer to his last statement, he had to go switch his train tickets around so he could board the next train. He waved to her as he dissapeared into the wave of people.
